BELLA GAIA recently announced the release of its new music video, Ocean’s Blood, with an exclusive premier on Scientific American Online. Ocean’s Blood brings the BELLA GAIA experience to a wider audience, drawing from BELLA GAIA’s live performances to create their first music video. Similar to their live performances, the music video combines stunning data visualizations with an equally beautiful musical composition.
On April 17, BELLA GAIA and astronaut Dr. Mae Jemison will perform a unique live event in Houston, TX, at the Miller Outdoor Theater. The celebrated BELLA GAIA ensemble combines live music and dance with stunning data visualizations from NASA to create a memorable experience that touches on culture, science and human responsibility. In collaboration for this rare event, Dr. Mae Jemison, founder of the 100 Year Starship Project and avid supporter of integrated arts and science education, will perform spoken word poetry.
