The 2009 winner of The Baum Award for Emerging Photographer, Sean McFarland, is showing his work in a group exhibition by Plug Projects in Kansas City, Missouri. Plug Projects is a “curatorial collaboration by five Kansas City artists who share the mission of bringing fresh perspectives and conversation to the local art community.”
Out There, Plug Project’s most recent exhibition, has expertly intertwined the work of Sean McFarland and five other interdisciplinary artists to explore the possibilities of what may exist beyond what we know. From land and sea, to the far reaches of our cosmos, this group exhibition is sure to delight the viewer and encourage deep thoughts about the world we believe in. Out There is one of three group exhibitions that McFarland has been a part of in 2015.
Out There opened on March 20, 2015 in Kansas City, Missouri and runs through April 25, 2015.
